Weekly Skills Challenge

  • Starting the week of January 29, test your progress by completing your *skills challenge.
  • 10 exercises performed for 1 minute each with a goal of reaching your maximum repetitions per exercise.
  • The skill challenge can be completed individually with an LCC Wellness Coach or as part of a group challenge during identified times for each level.
  • After completing the challenge you will be entered into a raffle for prizes each week.

*Must complete challenge to receive new training exercises for the following week.
