T-Ball Leagues

Liberty Parks & Rec offers T-Ball programs and leagues for boys and girls ages 2.5 - 6. These coed programs emphasizes fun, participation and teamwork. Participants are guaranteed playing time in the field and at bat.  

Itty Bitty and Bitty T-Ball

  • Ages: boys and girls Itty Bitty - 2.5- 3, and Bitty - 3- 5. 
    • (The age of your child on April 30, 2017 is the age level they will play in.)
  • Dates: Sessions are available in June and July.
  • Times: Tuesdays or Thursday and Monday or Wednesday from 6 - 7 p.m.
  • Program Format: 4 weeks of skills training with a game on the last week. 4-5 players per team.
  • Equipment Provided: Each child will receive a t-shirt.
  • Location: Various fields in Liberty

Youth Rec T-Ball League

  • League Format: 8 game schedule on Saturdays and scores are kept but not tracked. 
  • Game Schedule: April 29 - June 24, 2017
    • First Practice: Saturday, April 8, 2017
  • Ages: boys and girls ages 4 - 6. 
    • (The age of your child on April 30, 2017 is the age level they will play in.)
  • Practices: Each team will practice once during the week.
  • Equipment Provided: We provide practice balls, game balls, jerseys and hats. Players are responsible for shoes and pants. Additional equipment will be available upon request following the coaches meeting.
  • Location: Games are played at Liberty Middle School Map»
  • Registration: deadline is March 27, 2017
    • Individual registration only
Registration is closed for this session. 

Coaching Information:

The recreation programs are dependent upon volunteer coaches. If you would like to help the program by becoming a coach, please check out our volunteer opportunities. Volunteer coaches are allowed to bring in 4 kids to their team. The remaining roster will be filled by the league director based on a blind draw and the school the children attend.
